Options & Pricing
Wedding rentals include:
- Dining tables and standard chairs, standard pipe and drape, and stage risers
- Event attendant during your event
- Ample nearby parking, complimentary for all guests
- Unique, beautiful photo opportunities throughout the picturesque fairgrounds
- House microphone and sound system
- Up to ten hours of building use (including setup, event and dismantle)
- Events must conclude by 12:00am (midnight). The rental time may be extended or additional time may be allowed for setup and cleanup, at the discretion of Fair management.
Facility pricing is based on using a Fair preferred caterer. For groups over 500, contact the Fair office for additional availability.
A Fair bride favorite, this rustic barn is complete with open beamed ceilings, charming shuttered windows and grand chandeliers, offering the perfect setting for your country chic wedding. The area surrounding the Fair Farm is beautifully landscaped with festoon lighting on buildings and trees, offering an elegant atmosphere as your guests arrive.

Fair View Club
This elegant indoor space is ideal for intimate weddings of up to 150 guests. The newly remodeled Fair View Club features beautiful wood millwork, a cozy stone fireplace and large, picturesque windows overlooking the fairgrounds.

Special weekday (Mon-Thurs) pricing is available for up to 50% off the regular rate.
Conveniently located just inside Gold Gate, the Expo Hall offers a large, open space for grand parties of up to 800 guests. The antique merry-go-round and fountain located in the outdoor courtyard will provide a nostalgic, memorable, and aesthetically pleasing entrance for all of your wedding guests.

Pricing based on parties up to 500 guests, larger parties additional.
